Reasons and Solutions for Common Throttle Valve Malfunctions       Some phenomena: If the throttle valve is not flexible in opening and closing, it cannot guarantee to provide the actual required amount of mixed gas to the engine during operation. If the pedal linkage mechanism is loose, it is due to poor throttle opening and loose closing. If the accelerator pedal linkage mechanism is loose, it is due to improper adjustment of the length of the soft steel wire rope that drives the throttle valve to open and close.
Reason: When the accelerator pedal is pressed, the engine speed cannot be started, or when the accelerator pedal is not pressed firmly, the engine cannot produce enough power, most of which are caused by insufficient tension in the steel wire rope.
Solution: 1. Unscrew the fixing bolts and nuts of the air filter, open the filter cover and remove the filter, so that you can see the situation of the steel wire rope pulling the air joint door open and close.
    2. If the bending amount of the wire rope is extremely small, it indicates that the wire rope is very tight. Even if the driver loosens the accelerator pedal, the throttle cannot be completely closed, resulting in insufficient fuel supply and extremely high waiting speed
    3 . Another inspection method is to press down on the accelerator pedal and check if the throttle valve can be in an upright, fully open state to determine the fault.
